In order to resolve direction finding problems in the impulse noise, a of arrival (DOA) estimation method is proposed. The proposed DOA can restrain noise by using infinite norm exponential kernel co-variance matrix and obtain excellent performance via maximum-likelihood (ML) algorithm. global optimal solutions this method, quantum electromagnetic field optimization (QEFO) algorithm designed. view QEFO algorithm, difficulties noise. Comparing with some traditional methods, shows high superiority robustness for determining independent coherent sources, which has been verified Monte-Carlo experiments different schemes, especially case snapshot deficiency, low generalized signal ratio (GSNR) strong Beyond that, Cramér-Rao bound (CRB) angle proof convergence are provided paper.
